This custom two-story wood framed barn is located on a rural-residential lot in the rolling hills of west Atascadero. Odenwald Construction Company provided the craftsman style design as well as the construction services for this particular project.

In order to create the classic heavy timber look that the clients requested, special engineering attention was incorporated into the framing details to conceal construction hardware and prominently display the oversized floor support beams.
